Shipping Policy

1. Where We Ship

  • We currently ship nationwide within the United States only.

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Processing Time

  • All MavvoWear products are made on demand.

  • Orders typically take 2–5 business days to be processed and printed before shipping.

  • Processing time is separate from shipping time.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Flat Rate: $7.99 for all orders under $75 (USD).

  • Free Shipping: Orders of $75 or more (USD) qualify for free standard shipping.

4. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard shipping is provided via trusted carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

  • Estimated delivery time after processing: 3–10 business days, depending on location.

  • Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.

6. Delays & Issues

  • MavvoWear is not responsible for delays caused by:

    • Shipping carriers

    • Weather conditions

    • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

  • Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

    1. Check with neighbors or your local post office.

    2. Contact the shipping carrier directly.

    3. If you are still unable to locate your package, please email us at Hello@MavvoWear.com so we can assist you.

8. Order Changes

  • Since our products are made to order, we cannot make changes to shipping addresses or products after the order has been placed.

  • If you need to update your order, contact us at Hello@MavvoWear.com immediately.
