Every MavvoWear item is printed on demand after you order. We don’t hold inventory, so each piece is produced specifically for you.

 

🚫 All Sales Final
Because of our custom print process, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Color/fit preference

 

✅ We’ll Replace If There’s an Issue
We’ll replace or refund if your item is:

  • Defective (print or fabric flaws)

  • Damaged in transit

  • Incorrect (wrong size/design/color sent by us)

 

📩 How to Request a Replacement
Email Hello@Mavvowear.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the issue (full item + close-ups)

  • Short description of the problem

 

📦 Condition Requirements

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Keep original packaging until your claim is reviewed

 

💸 We Cover It
If your claim is approved, we’ll send a replacement or refund and cover return shipping (if a return is required).

 

📐 Sizing Reminder
Please check our Size Guide before ordering. Some items may run small—when in doubt, size up.

 

🌍 Shipping Notes

  • Delivery estimates may vary by location and carrier

  • Lost packages due to incorrect addresses aren’t eligible for replacement

 

🕒 Processing Time
Claims submitted after 7 days may not qualify, but we’ll always do our best to help.
