  • MavvoWear is an independent streetwear brand specializing in made-to-order, print-on-demand apparel and accessories.

  • All products are created after your order is placed to reduce waste and ensure each item is unique.

 

2. Eligibility to Purchase

  • You must be 18 years or older, or have the consent of a parent/guardian, to make a purchase.

  • You agree that all order details provided (billing, shipping, contact) are accurate and complete.

 

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

  • We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without notice.

  • Payment is required in full at checkout through our available payment providers, which may include:

    • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover)

    • PayPal

    • Afterpay (pay-in-4 installments)

    • Any other payment methods listed at checkout

  • By selecting Afterpay or similar services, you agree to their specific terms and conditions.

 

4. Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • All items are made to order, and production typically begins within 2–5 business days of order confirmation.

  • Production time is separate from shipping time. Delivery dates are estimates only and are subject to change.

 

5. Shipping

  • We currently ship nationwide within the United States only.

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $7.99 for all orders under $75 (USD)

  • Free Shipping: Orders of $75 or more (USD) qualify for free standard shipping.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

 

6. Returns & Refunds

  • All sales are final due to our made-to-order production process.

  • Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery to Hello@MavvoWear.com, including your order number, photos, and a detailed description of the issue.

 

7. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, logos, images, and content on MavvoWear.com are the property of MavvoWear and may not be used without prior written permission.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

  • MavvoWear is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from the use of our website or products.

  • Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the item(s) in question.

 

9. Privacy

  • We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • By placing an order, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
